Biscuit Beignets

Biscuit Beignets
Biscuit beignets are an easy, homemade twist on the classic New Orleans treat. Made with canned biscuits, fried until golden, and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, they’re warm, fluffy, and irresistibly simple.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat about two to three inches of oil in pan or fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cut biscuits into four equal parts and roll into balls, making sure to pinch in any layers.

- Cook biscuit balls in oil until golden brown on every side, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle top immediately with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- I served with link sausage and strawberries!
