Crock Pot Chili

- Brown, drain, and dice all meats. Be sure to brown the sausage and ground beef until it has a nice sear, this adds lots of flavor! Reserve bacon grease to cook vegetables.
- Sauté peppers, celery, onion, and garlic in bacon grease in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat while stirring occasionally until tender, about 5-8 minutes. Add seasonings and tomato paste and cook an additional 1-3 minutes.
- Add, meats, cooked vegetable and seasoning mixture, chili beans with liquid, diced tomatoes with liquid, sugar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and beef bouillon to crock pot. Cook on high heat for at least 4 hours to let the flavors come together. Can also be cooked on low for 6- 8 hours for more flavor.
